Sports Massage and Laser Treatment 

I specialise in injury treatment and prevention and as someone who has suffered with chronic back pain in the past, I understand the frustrations and anguish of battling with an injury.

 

Through the use of my knowledge and expertise, I will work with you to ensure a quick recovery and help to prevent the injury from re-occurring.

I offer a range of services, including sports massage, laser therapy and k-tape.

 

All treatments include a thorough assessment and postural analysis. 

 

Every injury is unique and therefore all of my treatments are tailored to the individual's requirement.
